Book your place at our next event

Our next annual event is coming up, and as always we have a limited capacity – so please book sooner, rather than later to guarantee your place with us.

The cost of registration for our annual event is just £6.00 with your Access Pass supplied to you as a PDF via email so you can print it off yourself, or £11.00 if you would rather have a laminated black and white Access Pass posted out to you via Royal Mail, payable by PayPal, securing your place at our next event.

Note: If you order a laminated pass, we will also include a JaguarForumsUK windscreen sticker FREE, saving you £1.80!!

If you have already registered for a PDF pass, and your printer has packed up, or you are our of ink – don’t worry, we have you covered and can now supply you with a black and white, official laminated pass, posted out to you in time for the event for just £5.00 ensuring you can attend our event nonetheless – just drop us a line at info@jaguarforumsuk.live-website.com .

Note the cost is per Jaguar, not per person.. so if you have an X308 for example, and bring three people with you it works out at just £1.50 per person for a great day out (or £2.75 per person if you go for a laminated pass) – inflation busting great value.

The registration fee covers our operating costs (noting we are a not-for-profit event) with any profits from your registration going to charitable causes.

(Should you be happy to be an official marshal on the day, helping us at the start of the day to get everyone in safely and promptly, please let us know, as you will receive an upgraded Access Pass, plus one of our very fashionable JaguarForumsUK high viz vests and a site map on the day)

When you register you receive the following on the day itself:

FREE Welcome Pack when you sign in on the day
FREE inclusion in the award judging on the day (your Jaguar MUST be onsite for the judging and to be able to win!!)

Please complete the form below picking the club area you wish to be in, and whether you would prefer to receive your Access Pass via email and print it yourself, or receive a laminated pre printed Access Pass via Royal Mail post.

(Please ensure you click on the available date in the event calendar, in order to be able to select your Access Pass)

Please note that we primarily accept payment via PayPal, and that is the favoured option, but should you not have access to PayPal, please select the ‘Pay Locally’ option on the payment screen and pay via Bank transfer to Payee: Stephen Sheldon Sort Code: 23-05-80 Account: 48166792 quoting the booking reference. When your bank transfer has been cross referenced to your booking we will confirm your booking is completed via email.
