Welcome to our May 2024 pre event newsletter packed with everything you need to know in the build up to our annual event - our eleven year event! 

In this newsletter we look at the past year since our last event, as well as what we are working on for everyone in the year to come, our partnerships, and so much more.

Our event booking system

We have now moved everything across to a new booking system. For our 2025 event, and future events you can not only book up to a year ahead, with your Access Pass instantly sent out to you by PDF, but also choose to have your pass instantly sent out to you by email, with a laminated version posted out to you within 48 hours. The Access Passes have a new look too which works well with the new booking system. Should you find any issues with the booking system please let us know, so we can iron out any remaining bugs noting we have tested this system out extensively.

Online Manuals & Guides

Further to last year we have increased our storage space for your manuals and guides, and will build the collection over the year to come, ensuring JaguarForumsUK offers you real support, whatever your problem.

This is our first event in our second decade of running the Great Day Out, and we would love to see you on the day itself.

Not only do we have a great grassroots event lined up for you, but if you register with our laminated registration, you will also receive a small memento of a miniature Access Pass, noting that this is the last year we will be using this format of Access Pass - so why not get one of the last ever Access Passes in this format?

Funding matters 

Our crowdfunding project is going well, but is still short of the minimum target so any help you feel able to give us would really help us to get our various 2024/25 projects off the plan sheet, and really working for you.

Charity Support

We not only support the Jaguar community, but also the wider community. This year we are supporting the Chestnut Tree House Hospice for children, and their families.

Chestnut Tree House do incredible work, and our last event raised over £600 helping them to help children and their families.

This year we are happy to announce that Signia Hearing have agreed to match our collection, up to a maximum of £250.00 so every penny you can spare for our chosen charity counts for double!!
